Security Abstract & Title Company has been locally owned and operated since 1954 and is proud to offer complete title and escrow services for Carter, Custer and Garfield Counties. Our core staff has over 100 years of experience in the title industry and we encourage our staff to become involved with our local community, American Land Title Association, and Montana Land Title Association. Our employees have served as officers of many community organizations and the Montana Land Title Association. R. G. Mitchell served as President of the MLTA in 1971-1973 and R. G. Mitchell, Jr. from 1993 to 1995. In 2001, R. G. Mitchell, Jr., received the Executive of the Year award from the MLTA. AnneMarie Wallette followed in her father’s footsteps and received Executive of the Year in 2017.

Wendy
With Security Abstract & Title Company since 1994
Wendy is a Miles City native and attended the University of Montana. Wendy has been employed at Security Abstract & Title for almost 20 years and has been an Escrow Officer for the majority of that time. Wendy has a grown daughter.
AnneMarie
With Security Abstract & Title Company since 2009
AnneMarie was raised in Miles City and is happy to be back in her hometown. AnneMarie attended Cottey College in Nevada, Missouri and finished her degree in Communication Studies at the University of Montana. AnneMarie has worked in the title insurance industry since 2001 and is proud to be a fourth generation family member to be a part of Security Abstract & Title Company following in the footsteps of her great-grandfather, W.A. Mitchell, her grandfather, R.G. Mitchell, Sr. and her father, R.G. Mitchell, Jr. She is a board member of the Montana Land Title Association and she was awarded Executive of the Year in 2017. AnneMarie is active in community with Chapter K, P.E.O., the Barn Players theater troupe and plays piano and sings at Grace Bible Church. AnneMarie is married and has a young daughter.
Neil
With Security Abstract & Title Company since 2009
Neil was raised in Miles City and attended Montana State University and spent several years in the restaurant industry. Upon returning to Miles City, Neil began working for Security Abstract & Title as the Bookkeeper and Title Officer. Neil is active in Miles City Rotary, Little Guy Football, Milestown Community Improvement, Inc. and participates in golf and bowling leagues. Neil is married and has a young daughter.
Debbie
With Security Abstract & Title Company since 1991
Debbie was raised in the Gallatin Valley. After graduating from Montana State University with a degree in Education, Debbie moved to Miles City, Montana and has made Eastern Montana her home ever since. Debbie has worked as a bookkeeper, secretary and was a realtor with the W. A. Mitchell Agency before starting with Security Abstract & Title Company, as a title officer. Debbie has been active in 4-H (Leader for over 15 years), Cowbelles (now known as Cattlewomen), Custer County Republican Women and is currently Treasurer for Sage Riders and Cow Country Quarter Horse Association. Debbie has a grown daughter.
Mitch
With Security Abstract & Title Company since 1994
Mitch is married (Rachel) and has 3 children Gavin, Gabe and Grace. After graduating from Custer County District High School in Miles City, he later received a degree in Business Finance from Eastern Montana College in Billings, MT. Mitch has been employed with Security Abstract & Title Company for 24 years.
